Lankromark LE109 is an aryl phosphite. It holds a wide variety of food approvals and is an efficient co-stabiliser in the production of flexible and semi-rigid PVC film by calendering, extrusion and injection moulding. In other polymers TNPP is effective as a stabiliser which improves colour processing stability during recovery, drying, compounding and processing. It can have a synergistic effect if used in combination with other hindered phenols. During polymerization it can act alone or in combination with monomers. |

Lankromark LE131 is an alkyl-aryl phosphite. LE131 is a highly efficient chelating agent and when used in combination with metal soap stabilisers in PVC where it makes a major contribution to the processing and light stabilisation. In addition LE131 is useful as a colour processing stabiliser in polyurethanes, ABS, polycarbonate and coatings. LE164 finds use in the production of flexible polyurethane foam where it offers oxidative protection as well as reducing fire risk and offering burn and scorch protection. In addition LE164 is a useful secondary stabiliser in ABS, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, coatings and lubricants. Lankromark LE65 is an aryl phosphite which has a wide variety of uses. It is a precursor to the manufacture of other organophosphites transesters and finds use as a stabiliser in engineering polymers, styrenics thermoplastics and polyesters (to control viscosity and colour). In polyurethanes it finds use as a colour stabiliser and reduces scorching during curing. It is suitable only in applications where food contact approval is not required. |
