developments are fundamentally aecting energy and raw material markets globally, beyond the control
of market participants.
The disruptive increases in raw material prices and energy costs (including, but not limited to, Crude Oil,
Natural Gas, and Naphtha) have created a profound impact on our cost structure, under conditions that
were entirely unforeseeable and are beyond our control. Accordingly, in response to these circumstances
– without prejudice to any contractual or legal rights and remedies, including those arising from force
majeure or hardship – we are compelled to implement with immediate eect the following adjustments:
1 – In order to continue to supply you and match your minimum quantities if any, further order volumes
shall be agreed time to time according to actual availability.
2 – Consequently, product prices will remain subject to adjustment until dispatch, reflecting the ongoing
and unpredictable volatility of our supply environment.
3 – For future deliveries, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel orders on short notice if the
consequences of the military conflict in the Middle East result in restrictions on production,
availability of raw materials, or logistics. Furthermore, we expressly reserve the right to make price
adjustments at any time in accordance with further increases in raw material prices and energy costs.
